The Camille and Henry Dreyfus Foundation is pleased to announce that it has increased the grants that will be awarded for the Jean Dreyfus Lectureship for Undergraduate Institutions from $18,500 to $25,000. The increase adds extra value for university departments and sponsored research staffs, as the grants will now include funding for the principal writer of the proposal and to offset supply costs.

The 2024 Jean Dreyfus Lectureship for Undergraduate Institutions awards provide a $25,000 grant 1) to facilitate a visit and lectures by a notable researcher in the chemical sciences to a primarily undergraduate institution, 2) to fund summer research fellowships for two undergraduate students, 3) to fund a summer stipend for the principal investigator, and 4) for research supplies. The deadline for applications is August 1, 2024. Approved awards will be announced in early November.
