Upcoming Jean Dreyfus Lectureships open to the public

    The Jean Dreyfus Lectureship provides funding to bring a leading researcher to a primarily undergraduate institution to give both popular and technical lectures in the chemical sciences, to meet with students and faculty, and to support two undergraduates in summer research. The following lectureships are scheduled for 2017:

    February 16: Eric Jacobsen (Harvard University) at University of Puget Sound, public lecture: “Catalysis: A Frontier at the Center of Chemistry”

    April 5: Elizabeth Boon (SUNY Stony Brook) at Kenyon College, public lecture TBA

    April 11: Geraldine Richmond at Iona College, public lecture “Empowering Global Scientific Engagement”
